Sig Custom Works P320 Spectre with Upgrades for sale in Houston Texas

I have a P320 Spectre (without the comp so it can be carried) with maybe 1-2K rounds through it. They don't make these anymore that I can see and, when you can find them, they're listing for around $1,400.

I was running a Holosun 507Competition RDS on it and will include the C&H Precision mounting plate and the Trijicon Suppressor Sights (already installed) and the original Sig sights in the sale.
Included would be:
• Sig P320 Spectre Black & Gold
• Trijicon Suppressor Sights
• Wilson Combat extended magazine catch installed (including Sig original parts)
• Original Sig Sauer and C&H Precision Holosun plates

I'm asking $1,250 OBO and not looking for trades at time. I'm selling some other upgrade components separately (a Tungsten Grip module, grip weight, and two 21-round magazines) in case you'd like to check those out as well.

I'm in Conroe (N. Houston) but drive to DFW and Austin/SA frequently. I can drive to meet halfway for a FTF.
